👋 Hey, I’m Ben! I write weekly about how to grow products and companies. I go deep on growth strategies, how to build products users love, and what actionable lessons can be learned from what best-in-class companies are doing and industry experts are saying.

Happy Friday, gang!

Welcome to the fifth installment of Builders Weekly. I’ve got a couple things I think that you’ll love this week:

What I’ve got for you this week…

  • An AI tool that summarizes anything on any website

  • A simple framework for creating winning landing pages

  • How to leverage giveaways to grow on Twitter

Let’s get into it.

🤖 Never waste time reading a text-heavy website again

Nobody likes scrolling through pages of text when looking for answers on a website. My good friend Viviano Cantu launched BLUF this past week to solve this exact problem.

BLUF can summarize the entirety of a web page and give you the Bottom Line Up Front (BLUF, get it?). It can also translate complicated statements into regular-person speak, and even lets you ask questions about what is on a web page to get your answers lightning fast.

I’ve been incorporating it into my daily routine and it’s been a game changer!

👋 A simple framework for creating winning landing pages

Every person that visits your website will see your landing page; it’s important that you make the most of it. Sam Thompson, a creative entrepreneur, tweeted out a great framework earlier this week that outlines a simple structure you can copy to make the best possible first impression. I also highly recommend following Sam on twitter - his content is excellent.

🚀 How to structure a giveaway to grow on Twitter

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again - distribution wins. One of the more popular ways to develop personal distribution is to build an audience on platforms like Twitter. That’s easier said than done, though. Andrea Michalek, a product leader and coach, shared an excellent thread outlining how to use a product giveaway to fuel your Twitter growth, with highly tactical step-by-step instructions on how to do so. Andrea’s thread is a must-read if you want to grow your following.

So, you are building a digital product, and want to do a giveaway, but you are not sure how to do it? Here is a masterclass on how to make it happen:
